Tuition Facts and Figures

Our tuition varies because we offer five different programs. Here are the programs and tuition rates:

• 1 Day $83 offered for 6 weeks - 2 years
• 2 Day (Mon. & Wed. or Tues. & Thurs.) $150, offered for all ages
• 3 Day (Mon., Wed., Fri.); (Tues., Thurs., Fri.,) $190, offered for 2's, 3's and 4's
• 4 Day (Mon.-Thurs.) $233, offered for 3's and 4's only
• 5 Day $269, offered for 3's and 4's only
• 5 Day Transitional Kindergarten $282

Registration Fee - WEE School, $100; after January 1, 2008, $50

Tuition payments are due between the 1st & the 15th of each current month and are given to your child's teacher, placed in the Tuition Drop Box or mailed to the school. Any payment received after the 15th of the month should include a $10 late charge. You will not be billed. When writing your tuition check, please notate on the bottom of check the name of child(ren) being paid for. The monthly tuition is a set amount for each month whether we are out for holidays, bad weather, or your child is absent. Checks which are returned to us from the bank for non-sufficient funds will have to include an additional $10 fee for processing.

We must receive at least a 2 week notice when withdrawing your child. Charges will be made for any month your child attends. If an account is in arrears more than a month, you will need to contact the office to make arrangements for payment.

Checks for tuition should be made payable to Carmel Baptist WEE School. Cash payments are strongly discouraged. If you have older children attending Carmel Christian, separate checks are necessary to assure proper credit to each account.
